Tony grew up in Bingham county, where he was born and raised. He started his career in drilling residential and commercial wells and pump installation and repair. He then had the opportunity to become a ditch rider for the Aberdeen Springfield Canal Company for ten years. He worked his way from ditch rider to becoming the water master and IT technician and then to General Manager for the last four years. Tony is excited to have the opportunity to advance his career back to the well side of things and to help fight the good fight in irrigation water.

Amy is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. She has owned and operated her own bookkeeping firm for more than a decade, where she leads a dedicated team and provides specialized financial services across a range of industries. Amy also serves as the finance manager for the Bingham Groundwater District, where she focuses on water accounting and resource management. Passionate about both numbers and nature, Amy enjoys camping, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and five children.
Kassidy Ellis-Telford

Kassidy is a rancher/farmer and registered nurse. She works alongside her husband on their cow calf operation. Their operation spans Bingham and Caribou counties. They have two children and all of her free time is spent cleaning up after their many adventures!

Adam Young

Adam grows wheat, barley, and alfalfa on his family’s farm west of Moreland. The farm, which was established by his grandfather in 1952, has grown to include 2,800 irrigated acres. Adam enjoys working alongside and enjoying the farm with his wife and kids, his parents, and his brother’s family. He enjoys learning new things and spending time with his family.
Shaun VanOrden

Shaun is a partner on his family’s farm growing potatoes and wheat. Located in central Bingham County, their operation encompasses 6k to 6.7k acres and spans from Fort Hall to Shelley. He enjoys fishing, attending and watching sporting events, and spending quality time with his wife an daughter.
